A summers morning, Warrandyte

Being a nature lover, I enjoy painting the landscape in its many forms with different light. The process of working from an onsite study to a completed studio piece, helps me to understand the location I visited and therefore paint more accurately. With the addition of the figure, I have tried to give scale to the scene and to also add a point of interest. The figure hopefully also tells a story and connects the viewer to the scene.
