This work was borne out of frustration more than anything else.

President Linda McEwan’s call for final entries made me determined to finish a work for the MSWPS Annual Exhibition, something I have done for 20 years.

During Covid 19 I have begun many paintings only to find myself not ‘breaking through’ to finish them, this is something I rarely experience as enthusiasm and drive normally carries me through to competition. Covid has been a testing time for all.
