After Covid19 restrictions were eased a forecast for four days of fine weather prompted a visit to Warrnambool. The first break for over two years it was good breathing in the fresh sea air and visiting the coastal township. The wide vistas and vast skies were a change from city life.
On the return trip to Melbourne it was obvious a storm was brewing but didn’t anticipate that in three days time a stage 4 Covid19 lockdown was necessary. I was pleased to have had an enjoyable time at Warrnambool gaining new subject matter to paint.
