Lakes at Sunset

My cottage sits on the inlet at barrier Landing in East Gippsland. Her I observe the many water birds who arrive to fish in the shallows. Working with my camera I have been able to capture their habits at different times of the day and develop a series of paintings. The birds in this painting are getting ready to settle for the night as a crimson evening starts to fall.
