Sam Beckett

I wrote my honours thesis on the great Irish playwright, Sam Beckett. His face is a craggy landscape revealing, the intensity and intelligence embedded in his works. Every line on his face tells a story, and I loved having the opportunity to paint his ‘landscape’. His plays were considered outrageous and unique as they demonstrated varying ways of regarding reality and human nature – changing perspectives on both.
