Softly pulsing energy – Maldon

The Nuggetty Hills present ever changing skies and landscape shapes from my backdoor. The moonlight, mists, sunlight all play with the light on the landscape and my choice of gouache on canvas led to different textural marks and structure in the painting. Structure that showed the vulnerability of the medium and the landscape and allowed for the manifesting of a flourish of flowers and plants.
