A special reception was held on Tuesday 19 February at Government House, honouring VAS councillors, volunteers, Vas Fellows and a large number of Signatory members of the Victorian Artists Society. It was hosted by the Honourable Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria and Mr Anthony Howard QC.This memorable occasion was held in this splendid venue. A large number of the Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors who are also members of the VAS were amongst those invited:
