CHANGING PERSPECTIVES ANNUAL EXHIBITION
Hello members. Attached is your entry form this years exhibition.
Due to the woeful incompetence of Australia post, as I receive your entry form I will contact you to confirm that it has arrived. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please contact me.
The committee are all volunteers and put a lot of time and effort into this wonderful exhibition.
To ensure that the exhibition is a well organised and professional showcase of our talented artists works, please carefully read ALL the instructions below. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me either by email or phone 98073187 Linda.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Official Opening will be Sunday 7th. October at 2.00pm.
NOTE: OPENING IS SUNDAY THIS YEAR
We ask that all exhibitors make an effort to attend the opening and provide a plate of food. PLEASE COME AND BRING FRIENDS
Drinks are provided.
Only MSWPS financial full members are eligible to exhibit.
Members are invited to submit 2 entries Entry Fee $10.00 per work.
25% Commission will be deducted from sales and the balance will be posted within a fortnight.
Works must NOT be older than 2 years.
Name/Address/Title/ Medium and Price to be clearly marked on the back of each 2D work.
2D works should be framed unless presented on canvas stretchers with painted edges.
Name/Address/Title/ Medium and Price to be clearly marked underneath or attached to each sculpture .
Plinths will be provided for sculpture.
VAS hanging system requires an L shaped hook to be inserted into the back of the frame of your
art work for hanging purposes. Great care will be taken inserting hooks. NB: metal frames or very
thin frames are unsuitable for this system and will be rejected. No wet paintings will be hung.
No changes to entries can be made after the closing date.
NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU CAN FINISH YOUR WORKS IN TIME, WITH TITLES AND PRICES CORRECT.
Entry forms to be submitted by Friday 21st. September. No late entries accepted.
Works to be delivered between 10.00am — 12.00 pm. Wednesday 3rd. October
NOTE: WORKS MAY BE DELIVERED EARLIER IF ARRANGED WITH VAS MANAGER 96621484
Collection of unsold works: 12.00 pm — 2.00 pm. Tuesday 16th. October
NOTE: IF NOT PICKING UP YOURSELF MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENT FOR THE DAY AS VAS STORAGE IS LIMITED
NO WORKS TO BE REMOVED BEFORE 12 NOON ON COLLECTION DAY
Submitting artists are required to volunteer for gallery sitting at least once
during the exhibition. The roster is on the reverse of your entry form.
NOTE: YOU MAY GIVE 2 ALTERNATIVE DATES IF YOU LIKE. DATES WILL BE ALLOCATED ON RECEIPT OF ENTRIES. GET IN EARLY.
