Before the Storm, is the current featured artwork on the MSWPS Website and Facebook Page.The artwork received the Valda Cuming Sculpture Award at the 2022 MSWPS Annual Exhibition, changing Perspectives.

Judge, Dr. Maggie McCormick stated: In this piece the artist has made bronze move. You can feel the wind and the girl's pleasure. You can feel how she feels - strong and confident. This is a girl that will grow into a strong woman.
