Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022
Hello Members,
I hope you are all well and looking forward to a much more settled and productive year. Our Annual General Meeting will be held on March 3 2022. It will be on zoom so as many as posible can attend. We need 10% of our membership to have a quorum. Please let me know if you will be taking part in the meeting and I will send you the link closer to the date. I am attaching a download for a proxy form. If you cannot attend you can mail or email the form and you will be counted as present.
Elections are held every two years and as this is an election year all positions become vacant, however, previous committee members have expressed their interest in remaining on the committee, plus two new volunteers, Lucy Fekete and Karen Hopkins. I have been invited to do a third year as president and am pleased to accept the nomination. I have attached another two downloads of nomination forms. One with all the names of the nominees and one blank if anyone else wishes to nominate.
The agenda, minutes of the previous AGM and financial report will be emailed closer to the date.
Just a reminder that to vote you need to be a financial member at the time of the meeting. I have added a renewal notice to this email as well.
