We are delighted to welcome Carmel O’Connor as our new President of MSWPS. Carmel is a fine Painter and Print Maker with studios in Melbourne and Darlington. Her first President’s Report follows.

MSWPS PRESIDENT’S REPORT 3 May 2018 Carmel O’Connor

This is my first President’s Report. For 2018 I will do my best to support, encourage and promote the society and its members.

Thank you to Beryl Black, Carmel Mahony and Jo Reitze these three ladies have guided me over many years through our mutual interests in Painting on the path to MSWPS.

Thank you to Joan Richard the retiring President and all those members who have warmly welcomed me to the Office of President of the Committee for 2018. I also welcome Ngaire Johansen to MSWPS’ Committee. I particularly wish to thank the 2017 Committee for their vision to establish our new website www.mswps.com.au

MSWPS WINTER LUNCH at OLA COHN CENTRE 14 JUNE at 12 noon

  • This is the second Thursday in June. Carmel has arranged for a group photo shoot of all of us MSWPS 2018 This Photo shoot will take place at The Ola Cohn Centre at 12.30pm

  • This year there is not a dress theme so you can look smart in the photo.

  • Please bring a plate of finger food to share.

  • We hope you can come! Bring friends or prospective members as guests if you wish.

  • The Annual Winter Lunch is usually a lovely occasion. to catch up. We hope you can attend and be part of this historic photograph and enjoy the camaraderie of like minded artists.
