This two month long exhibition has been a year in the making it stemmed from the idea to gather together a group of artists all passionate about the Earth, all expressing in different ways their love and care of it. The aim of this exhibition and workshops is a celebration and an honouring of our beautiful Earth. It explores through art, both macro and micro elements. Workshops along themes of sustainability, and connection with, the earth (including an opportunity to create ceramics hearts that will fund the planting of trees!) will run concurrently throughout the exhibition.
In our busy modern lifestyle, there seem to be more barriers against our connection to nature. Art has the ability bring about an awareness to nature’s powerful force reminding us of nature’s miracle that we are part of.
