Returning to live in the country in my mother’s garden has opened a new chapter of my work as each Spring I am treated to the magnificent display of her established magnolias and painting their beauty has become part of life here. The generosity of their blooms has been so inspiring during these last covid years in knowing that nature just continues to give.
