Pauline Cross
About the Artist:
Pauline is well known for her plein air impressionist painting in both oils and watercolours covering a broad range of subjects. Greatly influenced by her local Eltham environment, Pauline finds inspiration in the beautiful cerulean blues, viridian greens and golds of eucalypts and wattles, and in summer the pinky golds and purples of the scrub. The mood of the day influences how and what she paints.
Pauline has traveled extensively finding much inspiration on her Australian and overseas travels. Her continually developing and changing work has resulted in successful exhibits in Australia and overseas, to the pleasure of the many collectors and admirers of her spontaneous style.
